These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the services ("Services") provided by The Doctor At Home mobile application ("Doctor at Home") and [Infowave].

If required, after assessing the patient’s condition, the App also facilitates home pathology tests (e.g., blood and urine tests).

3. User Registration and Account

To use the App, you must register with a bank account. You agree to provide accurate, updated, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.

Prescriptions will be provided based on the doctor's evaluation and in compliance with legal regulations. There is no guarantee of receiving a prescription.

17. Refunds

Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 10 days.
