The Doctor At Home respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information our Android application collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is designed to meet Google Play requirements.

1) Scope

This Policy applies to our Android app and related backend services we operate. It does not cover third-party websites or services linked from the app.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with: (a) doctors/care providers you choose; (b) service providers for hosting, analytics/crash reports, maps/location, or payments under our instructions; (c) authorities when required by law; and (d) in business reorganization with safeguards.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures (transport encryption, access controls, limited retention). No method is 100% secure; we continuously improve protections.

The app is intended for adults. Where minors use the app, consent/oversight from a parent or legal guardian is required by local law.

Data may be processed on servers inside or outside your country. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards.

10) Retention & deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement. You may request account/data deletion; we’ll honor it as required by law and inform you of any data we must retain.

We may update this Policy and will post the new version here with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified in-app.
